inconsiderate people

I work in an office where we don't have a lot of cash intake. we record deeds, deeds of trust, marriages and such. customer comes in to get a birth certificate. it's $5. they hand me a hundred dollar bill. while their wallet is open, I unintentionally see wads of smaller bills. a whole compartment dedicated to fives and ones. but this person insisted on giving me the hundred. which a whole rigmarole ensued having to get it broke. while I'm trying to get their bill broke, they stand back with their arms crossed, acting annoyed over the whole thing. I even suggested using a smaller bill, they weren't having it. their entitlement and inconsideration blew me away. more and more people are this way it seems. just needed to get it out.
