So I've been applying to jobs on indeed for the past 4 months (no luck) and I keep seeing requests on the emails I get to take a skills test or an assessment. Which to then I see that it's supposedly not used at all for the hiring process or after it if hired, so what's the deal? Can you just ignore those?
