Okay seriously, what's with bosses and having inflated egos? Mine got mad at me for pointing out that she's obviously favorite the newest employee without properly training the other new one they hired. They seriously let him hang and don't teach him anything. I've had to teach him everything and he's starting to get good at his job.
So her little idea of revenge was slashing my hours in the one section I'm suppose to be in and know how to do well. Oh and making me work night shift. I have no idea how to run the paperwork for night shift and she knows this. She doesn't care, as long as she gets to tell me I did a bad job and threaten to write me up….good thing I've already started to look for remote work cause I can't take her anymore.
