I injured myself Monday while working and got evaluated yesterday to which I’m not off until Monday. When I turned my note in my manager stated “I had so much potential” in the rudest way and then had the audacity to tell me I looked like I could work anyway”.
I’m tired of people saying no one wants to work because we’re lazy when it’s the fact that being treated like shit in front of other coworkers AND customers isn’t worth the low pay for the job. Oh and on top of this NO ONE knows where this incident report I’m support to sign is or if it exists and passes it off to another manager. We’ll see if I even fucking come back.
