Inktel charges YOU to work for THEM

I took a group interview two days ago for a company called Inktel for WFH customer service rep. The pay was bad, only 15 an hour but I figured I would just stay until I find something better. As the interview proceeds I notice 2 problems. First the woman holding the interview said our 2 weeks training play would be held until the end of the contract. That was bad. Then she dropped the bomb. They would be deducting $10 a week from our checks to “pay for the technology” that allows us to service customers. I asked her to confirm this and she did. I said they were crazy and if anything they should be paying us a stipend for using OUR internet service THEIR customers. This was peppered with expletives and then… crickets.
