So I had to order diabetic supplies to monitor my blood sugars. Not insulin but still necessary. So I go online to mail order pharmacy. It says I can’t order cuz insurance has a hold. Go to insurance website they say I have a $25 bill for an order back in December. Try to pay with my card, it won’t let me. Says I have to call the number. Call the number. It’s my company’s insurance rep. Forwarded to main insurance then mail order the. Back to main. Takes an hour and reentering the same info a dozen times but it’s paid and ordered. Order never arrives. Repeat two more times. Down to a couple days of supplies. I started a month before. I ask them to expedite an order they’ve said was being shipped three times already they say it’ll cost more than the copay and I lay into the guy. I was calm. Annoyed but calm the entire ordeal for the entire month but stress from fear of running out of supplies and tiredness just broke me and I took it out on this poor worker. I feel bad but I have no regrets because I got my supplies on time. I fucking hate the company’s for using us workers as fucking shields and wasting our customers time. I truly believe this is intentional and might actually be a designed decision and not just happenstance due to cutting costs. I hate being forced to be an asshole just to survive. I hate this all.
