Interview or a lifetime

This isn't my story but my dads (sorry for any spelling mistakes) About a month ago my dad put together a resume and sent it out to a bunch of places just for the hell of it. He wasn't avidly looking for a job, just seeing whats out there To his surprise he got around 7 interviews. One of witch was this one He showed up to the place and took a seat with the lady. They talked for a bit and asked eachother about their day and why my dad was there. Then the lady got a call on her walkie talkie. It was some employee asking a simple question. About a month ago my dad put together a resume and sent it out to a bunch of places just for the hell of it. He wasn't avidly looking for a job, just seeing whats out there

To his surprise he got around 7 interviews. One of witch was this one

He showed up to the place and took a seat with the lady. They talked for a bit and asked eachother about their day and why my dad was there. Then the lady got a call on her walkie talkie. It was some employee asking a simple question.

This lady in the most condescending and patronizing voice berrades the poor worker about how she already answered this question blah blah blah before telling them what to do

After that my dad, with his no fucks to give attitude says

“With all do respect, do you talk to all ur employees like that?”

The lady sputtering said gibberish before my dad said

“I'm not sure I wanna work here, I know my place and don't wanna be talked down to”

After composing herself the lady replied, stammering

“N- no one's e-ever talk to me l- like that”

My dad, coping the women's tone of voice replys

“Cause I already have a job” and walks out

When he told me this story I asked him what the job was even for? He said

“It's funny, I didn't even get far enough into the interview to know what the fuck that hell hole of a job was”

That is my story on how my dad had the best interview of his life
