What is the point of bringing people in to multiple interviews, sometimes have them create presentations and then tell them that they missed out due to relevant experience.
If you're going to reject someone on that basis surely you might as well reject them before or at the first interview. not multiple rounds in.
Twice in the last week I've had 3 interviews (+ a presentation in 1) and then get told I don't have relevant experience for the role. Its not like they only saw my CV for the first time after the final interview.
