Investigation about myself

So yesterday I went into work and was asked to speak to by another mom general manager, me having no clue what’s this about I was fine. After sitting down and he said explained my right and what it is I was pissed. My manager has been collecting ‘evidence’ on me and sent it all to the regional manager to do an investigation and find it wether these are reasons or grievance/disciplinary is right. There was 12-15 pictures of stupid shit, reasons I got this were – failing to do kitchen checks after my shift – shutting the kitchen early as no food wernt through after certain times – failing to do payroll on shift – failing to do bar checks at night – my attitude on shift – missing co pilot tasks and last but not least not doing my tasks. After 4 questions into the investigation I had a panic attack and couldn’t continue so it had to be stopped.
I wasn’t aware this would be happening on my shift I had no notice so of course I got worked up, I was exhausted on my 7th day working. I felt really disheartened and my manager put these all in without me being aware of this, never let me know I was ‘missing’ these things instead he puts it all to the regional.
Anyways there is valid reasons for Most of these when I have failed to do a task on a shift, ie no staff on most days so I’ve been doing everything to keep open and miss it at night due to being exhausted. Some of the things he’s mention are lies, I have completed or if missed I didn’t know I had to do them.
Me and my manager had an argument about 2-3 weeks ago and I think this has stemmed from that. He’s such an arsehole when I took get him fired from how he is with everyone. The investigation isn’t even that deep but he’s out for me now. I will not be even talking to him again unless work related.
When I was outside trying to calm myself down he comes outside (my manager) and asked if I was okay this resulted in me asking him why he’d put this in without me being aware I’ve missed anything, he didn’t care try to say everyone’s getting one which don’t believe at all. The company has bigger things to worry about than that.
Anyways I’m nervous for this investigation when it goes ahead as I’ve been with the company 4.5 years and never had an issue with things I wasn’t doing . I can say confidently I am the best employee in the building so unsure if he has it out for me lol
