Just heard an employer tell a friend of mine that they couldn’t be given a position due to “antagonistic behavior” in their previous job. They took some time off because a family member died, to which they where then let go for not coming into work. And now, searching for new employment, they get told “oh sorry, we can’t take you because your previous work place said your reasons for leaving for antagonistic.” What can I do to help?
