I really can’t handle working 40+ hours a week anymore. I’ve been thinking and I think that if I could a mortgage and a home, I could rent out the rooms and the rooms should be able to cover my mortgage and some extra for profit. Probably would need a 3 or 4 bedroom. Then after I pay off the mortgage, I could get a part time job and save my mental health. I really don’t want to live with roommates but I think it’s my only way
