Is getting fired bad?

So I stood up to the Wendy's manger (yes I work in Wendy's cuz I thought it be a learning experience) on Saturday because she didn't want to give me a break at 4 pm. (My shift is from 12-7pm) It's my third week. She always wants to make me go on break at 2pm, literally 2 hours after I start. She told me “go on break now.” But it was 2:50 pm. I told her no and she got mad. Everyone in the restaurant had their eyes on me, shocked. Its like they thought I was making a huge mistake or something. It's as if everyone there is afraid of her and got scared because I stood up to her BS. She actually never trained me and I learned everything from another employee. So I stood up to the Wendy's manger (yes I work in Wendy's cuz I thought it be a learning experience) on Saturday because she didn't want to give me a break at 4 pm. (My shift is from 12-7pm)

It's my third week.

All she ever does is complain about what I or others are doing wrong and never gives reasons.

Well, when I asked her why is it always what she wants, she told me because she was the manager. Ok I get it, fair point. But this is the only day of the week I decide to take a break. All throughout the week I don't take breaks. (4 hours daily M-F. Saturday 12-7. Sunday off). Well she said that it was the second time I did this. I told her this is the only day of the week that I have a break. But her excuse everytime is that “I am the manager”. She even put another coworker on the spot. “So and so, when do I give you a break? When you wish for it or when I tell you?”. My coworker couldn't even come up with words. It was as if she was afraid of the manager.

Well after 4:30 (after break) she put me on the fries as: a consequence? Well, when she saw me having fun in the fries and teaching another new coworker (which btw the manager also yells at the newbie for her mistakes who the manager never trains), she decided to call someone. Don't know who, maybe upper management or something because all I heard was “Yeah, but the problem is that this kid doesn't listen to me!” And she stormed off into the back of the restaurant. Well I don't know what's going to happen. For me, this is not a serious issue but she's making it seem as I disrespected her. Even my family says I did kinda disrespect her since she is the manager. My parents then told me that I could lose my job and it will have an impact in my career when I try and get another job.

My parents and family are basically like “shut up and know your position”. That's how I feel their thoughts are.

So my question is, am I wrong and being an a**hole? Or should I do something about this?

Btw I am barely legal (just turned 18). And I also have other contacts. Only reason I'm at Wendy's is because of the schedule. But now even then, the manager brought up the schedule saying I don't decide my schedule, they do. I responded with no, thats why in my interview I said what days and hours I'd be willing to work. What do I do if they fire me? Do they have a valid reason to fire me? Or am I just overeacting because the manager escalated things?
