Is ghosting a job you just started wrong

. The workers won't stop gossiping about each other even the manager chimed in and talks about customers and other employees. Very nasty talk cursing and saying slurs. It's not a good environment and only pays minimum wage at that. I already have another job lined up so not like it matters
