My wife just started a job at a retailer not too long ago. She set her availability to work to Friday-Monday, all mornings. This is a schedule to mirror my work schedule.
Anyways, my wife put those hours into the computer and acknowledged that those were her true availability. Fast forward to tonight, she gets notifications that her schedule had been changed. Upon further investigation, the the front end team lead changed her true availability to work 6AM to 10PM, only being off Mondays and Fridays.
Is there anything we can do to fight this? The company rhymes with FallMart if it helps
