I’ve been on this sub for a bit and just wanted to see what y’all think. I have an interview tomorrow for a promotion that I’ve been passed up for twice. I am the only one interviewing. The position is only $1 more per hour than I’m already making and it’s about 3x the work. Every other person that has been promoted has not received more than the starting pay so I’m not sure I have a chance at higher pay. Management thinks I’m just going to take it, but I’m not sure I should. What do you think?
