I am 23, and I know someone who got a positive test at CVS and continued to be a pharmacist. I was not told they would be testing for cannabis, only fentanyl and hard drugs. Walmart did not call me back and didn’t hire me bc I tested positive for the green. That’s not illegal is it? Even though it goes beyond state law? How different can the two positions even be anyway lol?
