I'm not complaining and don't make waves, but why should we have to “work” 40 hours if there's only like 5 hours of actual work to be done? The loudest “workaholics” also appear to be the least efficient workers. I feel like they're protecting their job as younger people spent their lives with fast paced video games and smartphones. If I'm wrong or this is just an anecdotal experience, I apologize. I was just curious if I'm alone on this.
