I would love clarification on this. I have audio recordings between a boss and I, that I might use in an escalated situation where I need to disprove their claims. I read that it is illegal, EXCEPT when one party consents. Could that one party be me? Is that enough for it to be legal in New York? It was just us two in the audio. Thank you.
