After months of telling us that we could earn up to %10 of our salary as a performance based bonus we were finally shown the graduated scale a day before the bonuses were issued. Our reviews were scaled 1-5 where a 5 corresponds to the full 10% and a 3.75 corresponds to 2%. I got a 4.6 which is only 7.4%.
What's got me about to put our CFO on blast is that in my review my manager told me I performed the highest and he only didn't give me all 5s since he was told to dial it back. I assume this happens everywhere but damn is it frustrating.
