So I've been working in hospitality for a couple months now and it's my first ever job that pays my rent. I think I'm doing good work and I basically “maxed out” on my possible raises.
Now, even employees that work there years longer than me are making less than 5% more than me. So if I won't be rewarded for working there longer and I'm not being rewarded for excelling at my job, BUT we have enough money to open another shop….that basically means all the money goes into my bosses pocket / or “the company” is the only one profiting from this…right ?
