Is it possible to be successful at all without screwing people over?

Crossposting this to the other sub as well. Capitalism in a nutshell. If you can sell a good or service for higher than you got it, you win. The price of things will go higher with every middleman in the supply chain. I'm not asking for a revolution – though I believe one is coming and it can't come fast enough. It goes without saying that the system is fucked, that's why spaces like this exist. What I'm asking, for owners and employers at small and big businesses alike, is how can we survive in the current system without selling our souls and becoming part of the problem? Can't change the system if we can't survive in it.
