I sent a resignation letter (not 2weeks notice) to my manager and they never got back to me. Is this wrong?

Title says all. I sent her the letter (sent a link through text to a Google doc I typed out) about an hour after a closing shift at Dollar General, and she straight up never responded to me at all. I'm honestly just wondering if I'll get my last paycheck…
