Is it possible to survive on less than 40 hours?

Taking into consideration that I live in Iowa, and as far as motor transport goes, I'd probably go for something used, and known for reliability, is it theoretically possible? Keep in mind, average wage is about $12-17 an hour around my area. I'm not the type of person to really want or buy a whole lot. I haven't bought any new clothes in years, I'm not a big decorator, I'm not really itching for a big house or anything, I could honestly be okay with a small apartment or even a trailer. I'd probably get a cheap reliable used car like a Crown Vic, or a Civic. I hardly really eat meat, if I do, it's usually something like chicken breasts or I might use ground beef in something. I enjoy snacking or lunching on simpler things like top ramen or a basic deli meat sandwich. I rarely ever get…

I'm not the type of person to really want or buy a whole lot. I hardly really eat meat, if I do, it's usually something like chicken breasts or I might use ground beef in something. I enjoy snacking or lunching on simpler things like top ramen or a basic deli meat sandwich.

I rarely ever get haircuts, I just let it grow until it becomes a pain to maintain, then I get a quick $10 haircut (usually once per year). While I'd like them, I don't ever do anything like getting tattoos.

I don't drink, smoke, or do any sorts of drugs. Maybe some caffeine from coffee, tea, or soda. All in all, I'm a rather simple person, the only thing I'd maybe want to buy are a few video games every now and then, or some fast food once in awhile. I don't really do subscription services, nor do I have need for a television, my one subscription is WoW and that's it.

I simply value my freetime more than most other things, and taking my relatively simple tastes into mind, how viable would it be for me to survive on 32 hours?
