Is my coworker a rude ignorant moron?

For context, she’s from my hometown but lived abroad for several years in a middle Eastern country. She came back to America and said home town. We are both F30. Example: I wear tasteful eyeliner to work one day. It is colored. I have brown eyes. Out of the blue the next day she says “I didn’t care for your eyeliner. It did nothing for your brown eyes” Another day we discuss vehicles amongst coworkers. I say I finally bought a car I had wanted and it was a bit more than my last vehicle. I don’t disclose the cost. I’m just making open small talk. To which she replies “well you don’t pay rent like I do. So you can afford your car” to which I respond, “I do pay rent and I’ve factored in a future higher cost of living” Today, open small talk with colleagues. My family…

Today, open small talk with colleagues. My family member sends me an updated address and the home is extremely expensive and beautiful. Same coworker says “can they afford that?”
I mean what seriously gives? I would never make these kinds of comments out loud, to another person and not in front of others.
Is she just rude and ignorant?
