I work in agronomy and am salaried. Job duties are kind of all over the place, but after reading about exempt employees I don’t meet any of the criteria for a “professionally exempt employee” other than making more than the minimum salary which is $35K and mine is $50K. Is it legal for them to force me to work anywhere from 55-70 hours a week with no extra pay?
