i’m currently working at a big coffee chain. (🧜️) i’m working on finding a new job but these last couple weeks have been hell. i got written up for leaving because i had a stomach bug and was throwing up and when she was exposing how i had inconsistent attendance, she used my bereavement days against me. today she timed me while i was in the bathroom. i have chrons disease so i use the bathroom a lot and she hates this. i haven’t gotten accommodations because it’s a long progress and they need a doctors note and i don’t have a concrete diagnoses yet. also i’ve just been really depressed so it’s the last thing on my mind. any advice?
