Is nearly $22/hour a good wage?

I live and work in the Midwest (USA). I am switching from a part-time retail job of $14.00/hour to a full-time manual labor hands-on job starting at $21.97/hour and they also offer benefits and $2-$3 extra if working a second or third shift. Part-time I work anywhere from just 9 to 26 hours/week (I supplement my income with a part-time side-gig). I don't owe a car payment, I have a small credit card balance (less than $1K), and don't try to live above my means. I'm 30 years old and still live with my mom (mostly for personal reasons since she's older and with health issues). I am single with no kids, and I'm so far fine with it. I was wondering if nearly $22/hour is a good wage. I've applied at many other customer service/sales/retail jobs but got rejected. Appreciate your advice.
