At this point, I can’t see myself ever being able to save any impactful amount of money to retire. Shit just keeps getting more expensive for no reason it seems, and my company acts like any additional Pennies they pay me per hour is putting them on the brink of bankruptcy. Is retiring an attainable goal today? Even with no student debt (I went to an affordable trades school that I could afford to put myself through) I can’t save shit on top of paying rent, car insurance etc. Where my paycheck to paycheck brethren at?!
