I feel like the education system is designed to oppress marginalized populations. People of color, people of low income, LGBTQ+, people with mental imparements, kids from unstable households, etc. Primary and secondary school to destroy their spirit and interest in learning, and post secondary school to saddle those who made it through the first filter with massive debt.
May seem unrelated to antiwork but I think the school system plays a huge role in where you wind up career wise. Marginalized people get a tremendous disadvantage right out of the gate because of the way the education system is designed.
