So my office has been trying to hire a low level employee. Pay is starting at $55k so my boss thought there wouldn't be an issue finding someone. 3 times now we get to the end and ready to offer someone and they email they accepted a different job. So up goes the job posting again. 2 of these people have come back and stated their other offer fell through and want to be reconsidered. On our end that's a giant red flag. Then it dawned on me, are the trying to play a game and failing?
