don't get me wrong, you guys are great and I've learned a lot from my time here
the problem is — most of the things discussed here seem to be US-related and it's kind of mentally taxing knowing that there is a country where modern slavery is a very common thing :/ it was thanks to this sub I even abandoned the idea of ever moving to the US to work at all
the long ass shifts, lack of paid holidays, stupid requirements from employers, the normalised harassment… I seriously don't get the amount of patience y'all must have to not organise a massive revolt against the government to change these laws lol
anyways, I'd love to know if there is an antiwork sub specific to the EU, as shit like this happens here but in a different degree and with different consequences/course of action. TIA! ️
