Is there any way to feel better doing monotonous physical labor?

Without saying too much, I work in a warehouse/store where I pick furniture orders. All day. Think Amazon but for couches, dressers, etc. I’ve been here for two years now. Is there any way to make this easier on myself? The building isn’t air conditioned well, if at all. So it’s pretty warm inside. I try to stay hydrated but the hardest part is the mental toll. It’s hours of repetitive work and earbuds aren’t allowed. All I have are my thoughts and the occasional banter with the couple of coworkers I talk to. The pay is almost $18 for me so I don’t want to leave and not be able to find anything paying the same or better but I’m not sure if it’s worth it.
