So Im a designer and I want to leave my job, for that to happen I have to work in my portfolio so I can leave to other company.
Building a portfolio takes time, and in my current job I have a lot of dead time so instead of doing nothing id much rather work in my portfolio. The problem is that a few months ago our boss said to us that he was going to install a software that makes random screenshots in our computer to make sure that we weren’t wasting time. Im pretty sure he has not done this yet, but is there any way to know that for sure? Im using MacOS and I have not seen any weird software installed but im afraid its “invisible” and I get caugh.
I suspect that he hasn’t done this because I use the computer a lot to browse online, lurking reddit and so on. I have avoided very conflictive things (like building a portfolio) but if it there was a software doing screenshots for sure Id have received a design-down.
