I get a flat rate for the first 6 months, no chance for bonus pay. After that, my monthly wage drops $500 but i am eligible for bonus pay if i hit performance milestones.
I hate that they drop the wage after 6 months. Why are you paying me less when i will be more competent at my job after 6 months? It also feels like the milestone incentive pay is just a way to pay you less while acting like you can make much more “only if you work hard and place the company first” vibe.
