My boss has a double standard for the females on our team. While they can miss meetings, I get berated etc. I transferred over in October and saw red flags when 3 people retired as soon as he took the reigns. Literally, I was terrified to leave my desk, which is in my home, because this dude has it out for me. I told him I have ptsd and the position was effecting my mental health. I was moved off the team and now this dude won’t even acknowledge my existence. Will go out if his way to ignore me and then deny me the same flexibility he offers my coworkers (including the girl who started a month ago). I’m also the only one who has to go into the office everyday where I sit in cubicle land, alone, because no one is there. I feel like he’s taking it out on me and has denied every transfer out of his department. Am I overthinking this or is this legit?
