I have worked in and supervised union environments of various trades… It is a stark difference from the 1.5 years I spent in a non union Environment. Good god I will never supervise a non union environment again! I love that the people are accepting of me because I respect their rights and contracts. It’s been a breath of fresh air these last 3 weeks. Oh ya and I got 10g’s because I was brave enough to shop myself around. Go get it sisters and brothers!
