Is this an OSHA violation?

So I just had a conversation with one of my managers. I was having an issue with a supervisor and after me,the manager and supervisor had a conversation, he left and it was just me and the manager. He accused me of dissapearing on the floor sometimes because of my issues with my supervisor. I always drink some water on my breaks and it was like 30 minutes after break. I told him no, I was using the restroom. He then said I had just come back from break and that thats what breaks are for. I said no they are not and that I didn’t have to go when I was on break (the truth).He said really? What world do you live in? That’s how I know you’re a kid, because thats what my kids say. I then responded with, I don’t control when I feel the urge to…

Is this enough for an OSHA violation? I know that they cannot unreasonably restrict restroom use. Would love some insight.
