Is this fair?

My employer recently changed their pay scale and gave us significant raises, but added additional responsibilities. My position is now required to be trained to open or close the store, but there is one condition under the agreement which I signed that they have not held to. I agreed to the responsibility change under the condition that we are going cashless. I know the procedures of how to handle cash, count the deposit, handle variances at the end of the night etc. I am full capable of doing that part of the job, I just don’t want to. It’s a hassle, it takes up way more time than just dealing with card receipts, and it’s disgusting to touch. I accepted the additional responsibilities because we were going cashless. The company has not done that and therefore not held up their part of the agreement. I am essentially doing additional tasks…

I accepted the additional responsibilities because we were going cashless. The company has not done that and therefore not held up their part of the agreement. I am essentially doing additional tasks that I did not agree to, but not getting paid more for it. Am I right to think that this is unfair and I’m being taken advantage of?
