Hello fellow redditors,
I just started working (Around 2 months ago), so I have no idea how things work internally in the corporate world. I am facing a lot of problems. Since I'm a total fresher, I have no idea how things work. When I ask for help, I don't get any guidance. I am supposed to 'figure it out' all by myself. How am I supposed to figure it out when I am not well aware of how things work here exactly..? I get yelled at every single day by my boss, by my colleagues, on why I am so slow and can't get anything done on time. And when I give them a reason saying why my job isn't done or halfly done, I get asked to not play the victim card/not to ask for sympathy or give excuses.
I am ready to face the abuses and yellings that come my way, but I think I should at least have the answers to my questions about work by the end of it.
Again, I totally understand the fact that I am very new into the working community, but I'm in need of dire help. I am losing my mind thinking about what or how things will be. How will I cope up? How will I find a way? How will I handle stuff?
