My previous boss sent an edited copy of my job description to unemployment.
I worked as a kids sports instructor and location manager. The job description I agreed to stated I would be teaching my own classes 15-20 hours per week. I ended up teaching 25+ hours of my own classes and was still responsible for all managerial tasks.
During the unemployment hearings my previous boss sent an edited job description stating that I was supposed to teach 30 hours a week.
I believe it's perjury, he knowingly presented false documents in a court case. But I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not sure.
