i walked into work today only to be snagged by my manager and another manager on video call for a meeting i wasnt even aware of. they stated my sickness is soaring high, as ive had nearly total of 3 weeks and 1 day off. however i know ive only taken 8 days off for sickness in the time ive worked for the company. i dont understand why they believe/are saying to me that ive had nearly a whole month off work. thats utter crap.
