The company i work for is small. Severely understaffed actually…. Its set up so that there are several actual offices (with doors) along one wall and along the other is cubicle style.
I am the ONLY employee still in a cubicle even tho there are currently 4 empty offices🤨 everyone else has offices with closed doors. Yet they will never shut their door when in online meetings. Knowing im right outside trying to do my own work. One time the co workers to my right and left were both on the SAME video call with a client and they both left their doors open.
Its extremely difficult to focus at times…
