This company was looking for a Software Specialist position that has C# and SQL experience which is about a $60k pay rate. One Professional Staffing Agency informed me about that position, so I decided to inform them that I am very interested in it.
The Company decided to give me the first interview by phone about the company's culture about 5 minutes long. It sounds reasonable to ask a couple of questions.
The company decided to give me a second interview by in-person with two people on Friday. However, one person only shows up. I got there by 15 minutes earlier and waited 10 minutes for another guy going to show up, but he never shows up. The IT Director decided to do an interview anyway. It was a very short interview like 10 minutes. He hands me his business card and said, “You can call or email me any question any time.”
A few days later, I wanted to send him a thank you for the interview email. He never replied to me back. I was showing some concern about it. I decided to call his cell phone number, but he didn't answer and called me back. A few days later, I called his office phone number, He actually picked up the phone and told me that he found somebody else for it.
