Been starting as a general contractor because obviously there is a massive shortage and the majority of people I help employ are not legal in the states. We have a 3 acre lot behind us and it hasn't been mowed in about 2 years. Aside from that junk, drug paraphernalia etc. I called the owner to let them know and they said they can't find anyone to do it. I said I'm doing this work constantly for construction and could get in a bid to clean it up everything and make it look presentable for selling. Anyway because it's 3 acres and I need to secure the resources (yes I'd be working too) I put it in for about 5.5k for 3 acres. They called back and said that they would rather pay the city the fines over a period of 4 years than clean it up until they can…
