I understand the business has ‘needs’…but so do human beings. There’s gotta be a better balance. Currently trapped with only 2 weeks of vacation until my 8th year of service (what a joke), and NOT ALLOWED to take more, even if I’m willing to NOT get paid. Such BS. End rant.
