Its funny iver the past 4 years applying online to positions, I see the same companies reposting for that particular position. And yet I never get a call?

I really think either people are lazy, and only look at 3 resumes, or the auto filters are just throwing out my resume every time. Well maybe I dont want to work for a company like that anyway, Its clearly piss poor leadership that cant find candidates so they continually need to rehire. If they suck that bad at their jobs, they probably are not good leaders, and are not worth working for.
