Title says it all. Long story short, I've had three managers in my time with this company – the first two I had an excellent relationship with. Very positive annual reviews.
Both of them abandoned ship. The newly chosen team lead was my direct supervisor – someone I've had a lot of tension with over the last few months. To be honest the guy is incredibly smart… but with intelligence like that, there's often a lack of people skills or empathy. I had planned on leaving when my last manager quit, so this puts me ahead of schedule, and into a financial limbo.
Anyways! Can you guys give me some financial advice, or link me to any resources? I currently plan on signing up for unemployment as well as SNAP benefits.
