I've been working for the past 1 and a half year in the same place and I see no growth. For the past few weeks I feel something off about this place. I feel am not treated fairly. My salary is low and was never hiked inspite of repeated requests. It almost seems like iam not wanted in the work place.
I feel lazy to go to work and it doesn't give me the satisfaction as well. I want to quit as I see I have no growth and am always looked down as my seniors are dominating.
The only pro point about working here is it is near my house and I can live with my family . But now that I see I don't see any good thing happening here.
P.s iam an undergrad and sometimes that's the reason am looked down upon.
