I’ve left my old company some pretty damning reviews on Glassdoor – can they touch me?

I’ve left now, I am pretty untouchable and the company was so disgusting and toxic I feel that I want my voice heard but it’s a small firm and it’s pretty obvious it’s me and I’ve slammed the company owner and mention all the negative things she did while I was there but now I’m a bit scared. Am I as untouchable as I think? Or can they come for me and ruin my life? To me, negative criticism is a possible cost of doing business and if they can’t handle the fire then treat their staff with some respect.
