Job interview “icks”

I’ll go first. Being asked to record one-sided “interviews” for prospective employers before I even get to speak to someone on the phone to ask basic questions like pay, office culture, dress code, etc. I’m tired of jobs thinking that an interview is only about the employee and not also the employer. I don’t even know if you can match my wage yet or if you offer short and long term disability coverage, and you want me to spend a half an hour answering your questions into a camera when you apparently don’t have time to simply phone screen me to also answer mine? It feels vaguely unprofessional. And it’s happening more and more.
